Cabbage Casserole
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomato rice soup
1 small cabbage
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Chop cabbage coarsely and place on bottom of casserole
Place ground beef with over cabbage and sprinkle the spices on top
Pour soup over all with 1/4 can of water
bake 350 F. for 1 to 11/2 hour |
