Cranberry Struesel Coffee Cake

Streusel Topping
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup milk

Cake
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/4 cup dairy sour cream

2 cups cranberries

Mix streusel topping ingredients together blending in butter to crumb texture. Set aside

Cream butter and sugar together 
Add eggs, beat until fluffy and add vanilla

Sift together all 4 dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

Spread 1/2 of batter in 10 inch spring form pan or tube pan,
Sprinkle  1 cup of cranberries and 1/2 of topping
Repeat with second layer of batter, 2nd cup of cranberries and second half of streusel topping

bake at 350 F. 1 hour or until toothpick
stuck in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes 
Remove and serve warm
