Crazy Chocolate Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tbs.. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 cups boiling water

Miix all dry ingredients together in a 9X12" baking pan. Dig 3 holes.
Place each of the butter, vanilla, and vinegar into each hole 
pour boiling water over all and mix well

Bake in 350 F. oven for 25-35 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in middle. 
Serve as it is or with icing of your choice
