O So Good Chicken Wing Marinade

March is the month of St. Patrick's Day and that always brings to mind green beer. Here is a delicious chicken wing marinade to enjoy with your St. Paddy's Day beer or any time of the year.

1 cup of dry white wine
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 ½ tablespoons of soy sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic

Double, triple etc as needed.

Marinate the wings for 30 minutes to an hour in a greased baking dish, mixing them up once or twice to distribute the mixture evenly. Bake in the marinade at 375 F until done. This will depend on quantity. The coating on the wings will thicken and be a golden brown colour.
