Phyllo Tarts

1 package of phyllo dough
1 vanilla or any flavour instant pudding mix
semi sweet chocolate chips or squares
fruit such as orange sections, strawberries,
bananas etc.

This is a simple recipe to get you started on using phyllo dough.
First lay out only as many pieces of dough you think you will need right away. (I recommend no more than two. Cover remaining dough.
cut squares of dough about an inch larger than your tart shells.
lay out a piece of dough making sure to brush margarine or spray each layer on one side. layer two more layers on top so that it looks like a bunch of points and place in the tart shell. Do this for 8 tart shells.
Bake shells in 350 F. oven for 5 minutes
WATCH closely!!! These should be just nicely golden. not dark and can scorch quickly!
melt chocolate and line inside of each shell with a pastry brush when shells are cool.
Place prepared pudding in each shell and place a piece of fruit on top of each one if desired. drizzle melted chocolate on top of each tart. and sprinkle icing sugar over lightly if desired.
