Simple Stuffed Peppers
4 sweet peppers-red or green (medium)
1 pound ground beef (lean)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 cup rice
1 can diced tomatoes
tomato or spaghetti sauce
Parmesian or motzarella cheese (optional)
Cut tops off peppers, clean out seeds and set aside.
Brown ground beef with spices and add rice and tomatoes.
Put equal amounts of mixture in each pepper, scoop tomato or spaghetti sauce over top and
bake in 350 F. oven for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top before serving if desired.
